Rubber insulation pipe is mainly based on excellent performance of nitrile rubber (NBR) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the core raw materials, while adding anti-aging agents, flame retardants, stabilizers, vulcanization accelerators, foaming agents and other additives. Under a special process, these raw materials are fused and reacted with each other to form insulation products with a flexible closed-cell structure. From the microscopic level, its internal bubble dense and closed-cell state, closed-cell rate is very high, this unique structure is the root of many excellent performance of the rubber insulation tube. A large number of tiny closed cell is like an independent thermal resistance unit, effectively preventing heat conduction; at the same time, the closed cell structure also isolates the intrusion of moisture and air, for the product of moisture, corrosion resistance performance to lay the foundation.
